The SES leadership team was honored to receive the WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff 2015 knowledge sharing award.  As SES leaders, Silas Li, Andrew Louie and Tom O'Dwyer will continue to learn and share SES knowledge to the community.

From its inception, the SES program has become the “gold standard” for the design of ventilation systems in subways and tunnels, and has been the foundation for the outstanding contribution that we have made in this field.

The continued development of the program to meet new design challenges, meet industry needs and enable the exploration of more innovative design approaches is essential. It demonstrates our mastery of this complex subject and maintains our leadership in the field. The development and implementation of new techniques and features preserves our deep knowledge and understanding of the underlying science, and the curiosity and enthusiasm of the team is an essential component of this process.

The team utilizes SES extensively for the design of ventilation systems and provides training in the use of the program to colleagues and clients. This knowledge sharing has resulted in relationships with clients and other offices that continues to benefit the ventilation industry.
